Bluebird's "Original BBQ Sauce" is based on the tried, tested and popular sauce used at Bluebird Kitchen & Smokehouse located in South-East Queensland since 2015.

We developed this tangy little number to compliment all things smokey. Its even been the backbone of many of our trophy-award-winning cooks in both Australia and the USA.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Salt, Dehydrated Vegetables, Worcestershire Sauce, (Acidity Regulator (260), Colour (150a), Preservative (202), Canola Oil, Soy Sauce, (Vegetable Protein Extract (Maize/Soy), Thickener (1422, 415), Spices, Acidity Regulator (260,330), Colour (150d, 160c) Preservative (211,202), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Flavours.
