Your new favourite seasoning for the feathered friends.  If it clucks your in luck, even works for a low flying duck, or if a pig could, you would.

Apply seasoning to meat evenly, a little or a lot, depending on your taste preference. Let meat absorb the rub for about 15 minutes before starting the cook.
